Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may increase during collection launches, restocks, holidays, or high-order volume periods.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping method selected.

• Flat rate shipping on orders under $200

• Free shipping on orders over $200

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

JayyyDesigns is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If an issue occurs with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. JayyyDesigns is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
