How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are currently final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some best sellers may be restocked depending on material availability. Limited collection pieces may not return once sold out.
