Processing Time

All pieces are carefully handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During collection launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
